This program is designed for those able to manage their personal care but who need assistance with tasks, activities, or a personal companion. Shopping, laundry, errands, transportation, bill paying, meal preparation and many other services available at one low hourly fee or through monthly service packages.

Long Term Home Health Care
For the disabled and chronically ill who are medically eligible for admission to a nursing home, but who choose to be maintained at home. Services include traditional nursing and aide services, rehab therapies, adult day care, transportation, home delivered meals and others. (Ulster County N.Y.)
