- Skilled Nursing
Our registered and licensed nurses are available 24 hours a day, everyday, to provide a variety of skilled nursing services that include in-home or in-facility health assessments; administration of medications; teaching; treatments; catheter insertion; enteral feeding and more.
- Aide Services
WILLCARE provides the personal care services and attention needed to maintain quality of life at home. Specialty service providers including home health aides, personal care aides, environmental aides, homemakers, companions, sitters and escort aides that provide assistance ranging from personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation and shopping to routine maintenance exercises, medication compliance and monitoring vital signs.
- In-Home Rehabilitation Therapies/Nutrition/Medical Social Work
Licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists evaluate the patient's condition, develop a customized plan, and implement a program of therapy. They teach the patient to adjust to the illness or injury, provide instruction in the use of any required therapeutic equipment, and develop an exercise program that can be administered by the family or home health aide between visits. For optimum patient nutrition, nutritionists provide consultation, diet evaluation, and planning, and the services of medical social workers help patients to address emotional and psychological concerns and to access community resources.
- Case Management
WILLCARE nurses and therapists assess the patient to determine the health care needs and work in partnership with physicians, insurance companies and community agencies to coordinate all required services, equipment and supplies. Our experienced staff members advocate quality home care services for the patient and family, assuring complete satisfaction.
- Disease Management
