Brason family purchases WILLCARE, home health care company in Western New York. WILLCARE establishes a full-service certified home health and supplemental staffing agency in Cleveland, Ohio.

1986 |
WILLCARE opens office in Jamestown, New York.

1996 |
WILLCARE opens office in Olean, New York and acquires SPS Health Care Buffalo.

|
1997 |
Offices opened in Niagara Falls and WILLCARE acquires the certified home health business of SPS Home Care in Buffalo.

1998 |
WILLCARE acquires Litson Health Care of Monroe in the Hudson Valley region of New York.

1999 |
WILLCARE expands its operations in the Hudson Valley with the acquisition of Litson Certified Care, Competent Care and American Care; a satellite office is opened in Springville, New York and the company moves its corporate headquarters with the purchase of the historic VARS/Gow Building in downtown Buffalo.

The Hudson Valley expansion is completed with the acquisition of the Kingston, New York branch of US HomeCare.
