WILLCARE recently made a major investment in providing better patient care with the implementation of the Homecare Homebase® software solution in all of our Certified home health agencies.   With this new system, our clinicians utilize Android based smart phones to access information and electronically document delivery of care quickly and easily right in the patient's home - there's no need to spend hours catching up on paperwork at home at night!  Data is shared from the device in real-time, which means everyone involved in the patient's care has access to the most current information.  The paperless automated workflow helps keep everyone on the same page and working together to provide the best possible outcomes for our patients.
