Whether it’s a few hours a day of personal care, weekly nursing visits, rehabilitation therapies, or round-the-clock care, WILLCARE has the experience, expertise and breadth of service to meet any in-home health or support need:
Our registered and licensed nurses are available 24/7 to provide a variety of skilled nursing services, include in-home or in-facility health assessments, administration of medications, teaching, treatments, catheter insertion and enteral feeding.
WILLCARE provides the personal care services needed to maintain quality of life at home. Specialty service providers, including home health aides, personal care aides, environmental aides, homemakers, companions, sitters and escort aides, provide everything from personal care, light housekeeping, shopping and meal preparation to routine maintenance exercises, medication compliance and vital sign monitoring.
In-Home Rehabilitation Therapies
Licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists evaluate the patient’s condition, develop a customized plan and implement a therapy program. They teach the patient to adjust to the illness or injury, provide instruction in the use of any required therapeutic equipment, and develop an exercise program that can be administered by the family or home health aide between visits.
For optimum patient nutrition, nutritionists provide consultation, diet evaluation and planning.
Medical Social Work
Medical social workers help patients to address emotional and psychological concerns and access community resources.
WILLCARE nurses and therapists assess patients to determine their health care needs and work in partnership with physicians, insurance companies and community agencies to coordinate all required services, equipment and supplies. Our experienced staff members advocate quality home care services for the patient and family, assuring complete satisfaction.
WILLCARE has developed specialized clinical programs and services, utilizing state-of-the-art protocols and treatment plans designed to bring about positive outcomes in the home management of diabetes, congestive heart failure, pulmonary diseases and other conditions.
