WILLCARE Realigns Service Line Leadership Team

 
Newburgh NY, December 2011-  WILLCARE, a home health care agency, is pleased to announce that they have re-structured their service line leadership team. The move compliments efforts to strengthen WILLCARE and position the company to meet operational challenges, growth expectations, and future acquisitions/integrations.
Through the realignment, two long-time WILLCARE employees have been promoted to newly developed positions within the company. Jennie Cortese, Administrator for WILLCARE’s Hudson Valley Licensed/Private Duty Branch will take on the new role of Director of Private Duty Services. In this new capacity, she will provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for all Private Duty services company wide. Cortese has been with WILLCARE (and previous acquisition Litson Health Care) for over 30 years, during which time she filled many roles, including nurse, human resources manager, and most recently Administrator since 1998.   
Christina Longinott, Administrator for WILLCARE’s Hudson Valley Certified Branch, has been promoted to Director of Certified Services. In this new role she will be tasked with providing leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for all of WILLCARE’s Certified Home Health agencies throughout the company. Longinott has been with WILLCARE (and previous acquisition American Care) for over 20 years, wearing many hats including Clinical Case Manager, Nurse Liaison, Community Relations Specialist, and Administrator since 2004.
