WILLCARE Leadership Team

Todd Brason, Chairman/Founder
Todd led WILLCARE from a single agency in Western New York to a regional home care provider with 15 branches in NY, Connecticut and Ohio. He relinquished the title of Chief Executive Officer in 2013 when he was appointed Chairman, and he continues to help shape the company in this new role. Todd has served as the Chairperson of the New York State Association of Health Care Providers, Inc. (HCP), and was an Executive Board Member of the American Association for Home Care. Todd is actively involved in community events in the Buffalo region, as a Board Member of the Buffalo State College Foundation, as current Chair of Erie County Medical Center Lifeline Foundation, as a Board Member of the American Red Cross—Greater Buffalo Chapter, and as a Board Member for the Buffalo Zoo. Todd is a recipient of the Richard Z. Steinhaus Award given by HCP in recognition of outstanding contributions to the home care community. Todd is a graduate of the State University College at Buffalo.

Eric Armenat, President & Chief Executive Officer
As President and Chief Executive Officer for WILLCARE, Eric provides leadership and oversees all organizational operations. His top priority is patient care, and ensuring that WILLCARE provides quality home healthcare services and strives for positive patient outcomes. Eric is a proven leader with an impressive track record for improving customer satisfaction, achieving greater efficiencies, expanding customer base, and improving profitability. Prior to joining WILLCARE in 2012, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Avox Systems (a subsidiary of Zodiac Aerospace) located in Western New York. A firm believer in leadership by example, Eric focuses on development of top level and mid-level management, execution of strategic plan objectives, and implementation of best practices while incorporating a Lean Six Sigma approach to process improvement initiatives. His efforts have provided outstanding results. Eric received a Bachelor’s of Science in Industrial Engineering from Southern Illinois, and earned his MBA from St. Bonaventure University. Eric also proudly served in the United States Air Force.

David Brason, Chief Financial Officer/Founder
As Chief Financial Officer for WILLCARE, Dave is responsible for all financial operations throughout the organization. He is instrumental in the development, implementation, and measurement of financial and operational strategy. Dave served as the CFO and CIO for WILLCARE from 1988 to 2008, when he became Chief Development Officer and helped the company find new opportunities for growth.  He returned to the role of Chief Financial Officer in 2013.   Dave's expertise includes contract management, installation and management of computer information systems, setup and establishment of new companies, negotiations of joint venture contracts and development of financial systems as tools for profitability and productivity.  Dave is actively involved in the Buffalo community as a Board Member for the Nichols School Board of Trustees as well as the Burchfield Penney Art Center.  Dave holds a Bachelor's Degree from Colgate University, and a Master of Philosophy from the University at Cambridge.

Molly Fachko, RN, BSN, MS, CCM - Director of Clinical Services
As Director of Clinical Services for WILLCARE, Molly is responsible for the oversight and management of clinical operations for the entire organization. She is focused on developing WILLCARE’s clinical programs, including disease management initiatives, performance improvement programs, and outcomes-based strategies, as well as re-engineering the clinical model across the organization. Molly’s distinguished nursing career includes over 30 years of clinical management experience. She served as Director of Patient Services for several Home Care divisions within the Catholic Health System over the span of 22 years. She first joined WILLCARE in 2006 as Administrator of the WNY Certified Home Health Agency for three years. After a change of pace as the Assistant Director of Case Management at Independent Health, she was welcomed back to WILLCARE in 2013 as the Director of Clinical Services. Molly received a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Niagara University, and a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She is a Certified Case Manager (CCM) and also proudly served our country in the United States Army Nurse Corps.  

Anne Mason, RN, BSN, CCP - Director of Compliance
As Director of Compliance for WILLCARE, Anne oversees the Corporate Compliance Program by coordinating, facilitating and advocating for full and complete compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, standards and guidelines.   Anne’s extensive career in health care has spanned nearly forty years, over ten of which were in Corporate Compliance.     Before joining WILLCARE in 2013, she was the Corporate Compliance/Privacy Officer for the Catholic Health System.  Prior to that, Anne held clinical management positions in home care, acute care, public health, and ambulatory care.   Anne served for a number of years as a consumer member of the National Association of Health Unit Coordinators Education Board and was a contributing author and editor to Health Unit Coordinating: Expanding the Scope of Practice.  She received a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada, and she maintains Certified Compliance Professional status from the Health Ethics Trust.    

Christina Longinott, RN, BSN, MS - Director of Certified Services
As Director of Certified Services for WILLCARE, Christina is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for all Certified home health services company-wide.   Christina has been a registered nurse since 1982 and has worked in home health since 1985. She joined American Care in 1988 as a Community Health Nurse and later served as a Hospital Liaison Nurse. When WILLCARE acquired American Care in 2002, Christina quickly rose through the ranks: Within the span of two years she was promoted first to Regional Director of Community Relations and then Branch Administrator for Hudson Valley Certified operations. Under her leadership, the Newburgh and Kingston branches have consistently been top performers in clinical excellence, compliance, growth and profitability. Christina’s proven track record resulted in her promotion to Director Of WILLCARE Certified Services in 2011. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the New York State Association of Health Care Providers (HCP), and serves as vice chair for the Long Term Home Health Care Program.    Christina received a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Barry University in Miami, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Pace University. 

Jennie Cortese, RN - Director of Private Duty Services
As Director of Private Duty Services for WILLCARE, Jennie is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for all Private Duty home care services company-wide.   Jennie has been a registered nurse for over thirty years. She began her career in home care upon joining Litson Health in 1981 as a nurse. Jennie filled many roles during her time with Litson, including Field Supervisor, RN Manager, Personnel Director, Director of Nursing and Director of Patient Services. WILLCARE acquired Litson Health in 1998, and within a year Jennie became Branch Administrator for Hudson Valley Private Duty services. Jennie’s strong leadership skills and dedication to quality care led to her promotion to Director Of WILLCARE Private Duty Services in 2011. Jennie is an active member of the New York State Association of Health Care Providers (HCP), and past president of the Hudson Valley Chapter. She was honored with the Edna Lauterbach Member Of The Year Award from HCP in 2010.   Jennie is a longtime Committee Member for the annual Orange County Senior Expo, past president of the Dutchess County Home Care Association, and former Board Member for the Sullivan County Long Term Care Council. Jennie received an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Orange County Community College. 

Natalie Evans, Director of Human Resources
As Director of Human Resources for WILLCARE, Natalie’s primary responsibility is to provide oversight and direction of all Human Resources operations including organizational development, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, recruiting and retention, and compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws. Natalie joined WILLCARE in 2006 as Human Resources Manager, and was promoted to Director of Human Resources in 2007. Prior to joining WILLCARE, Natalie held Human Resources Generalist/Management positions in the hospital and skilled nursing/rehabilitation industry, as well as the consumer service industry. Natalie is a graduate of Canisius College, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Business as well as her MBA with a concentration in International Business. In 2005, Natalie earned her Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR). She is a member of the Buffalo Niagara Human Resources Association, as well as a member of the National Society for Human Resources Management.
