BLUE Stars - December 2012
Building Lasting Unforgettable Experiences... At WILLCARE, that's what we do best! We strive to provide exceptional customer service for all our customers, including patients, their families, physicians, vendors, referral sources, and co-workers. We view every interaction as a chance to leave our customers with positive experiences that they will never forget.
Our BLUE program (short for Building Lasting Unforgettable Experiences of course!) recognizes those WILLCARE team members who've gone above and beyond to provide fantastic customer service. Once a month, the WILLCARE employees that best embody the spirit of BLUE are selected to be our BLUE Stars. Learn more about our December 2012 winners below...

Veida Campbell
Home Health Aide
Wethersfield CT Branch

|
Why She Was Nominated:
One of WILLCARE’s patients called to express her sincere gratitude for providing Veida as her aide. She expressed that, prior to Hurricane Sandy, Veida took all of the possible precautions to ensure that the patient would weather the storm. One example of Veida’s generous actions included placing jugs of fresh water near the patient’s toilet so that she could flush if the power went out (the patient has a well and does not use city water). The patient stated that Veida is "an angel" and "all she has in this world." Veida is a superb representation of WILLCARE’s core values. Selected 12/2012
